We will work with participants across a range of settings, including in the home, in the community and, where appropriate and agreed to by all parties, within the context of their day-to-day experience, such as their employment or educational facilities.
In addition to the general life skills required for an individual to participate in their communities, we can provide a range of services to participants to ensure their participation is socially meaningful. We can assist participants understand and follow standards for social etiquette, both in specific contexts and generally, including an understanding of appropriate and inappropriate social conversation and communication. We can work with participants to develop their skills for making friends and social acquaintances, as well as sustaining these friendships over a period.
